2Kindle Warning!  Jan 05, 2012 By Joyce J. Kelly "LC, LEED BD + C"
The Kindle version necessarily truncates tables. Clicking on the arrow within a table exposes the other half but not the entire table at one time rendering them incomprehensible despite the extremely basic subject matter. The author's recent articles on this topic are much more informative than this book published in 2007. It's a quickly changing field.
Returned the book within 5 minutes.
